The new managers of the Cheval Blanc

From 1st May 2008, a couple with a remarkable career, Pascal and Carole Bastian, took over from Fernand Mischler, as managers of the Cheval Blanc. The latter will accompany them to ensure a smooth transition. The strategy of Carole and Pascal: improve the gastronomic quality of the Cheval Blanc even more and develop its hotel capacity with an innovative SPA rooms concept.
